How it Works!

To kick off the process, click the GET STARTED NOW button below and submit the form. All your information will get emailed to me and I'll review it and may send back an email requesting more information from you.
I'll also reach out to schedule an in person meeting if you're in Louisville, or if you're elsewhere a Zoom call. Why meet in person or on Zoom? I like to know my athletes and want a face to the name!
Once we meet I will have a great idea about your goals and how I can help you. If we decide we're a great match to work together, I'll have you sign the waiver and my athlete/client agreement. This gives us boundaries and expectations to make our relationship during this process better. I request a minimum of 12 weeks to work with runners, but much prefer a longer period to make a bigger impact on your running.
I use Training Peaks to administer your running plan, so you'll need to get a free account set up before we start.
Payment for my services is due before any plans are designed and loaded in your Training Peaks account. You'll have the option to pre-pay for the month, or pay for the entire duration of the agreed coaching time.
