The Urban Bourbon* cohort is a 16-week, fully coached training experience built around one race, the Urban Bourbon Half Marathon in Louisville this fall. You get a personalized training plan, a coach who's paying attention, and a small community of women chasing the same goal. Every week, every mile, every question, as your coach, I've got you're covered.

Personalized training plan: 3-4 run sessions per week, built for your fitness level and adjusted as you grow
16 weeks of coaching: Ongoing support from June 29 straight through to race day

HOW IT UNFOLDS
16 weeks. One race. Here's the road.
Weeks 1-4 · Build the base: We start where you are. Your plan is calibrated to your current fitness - no shock to the system, just smart, progressive miles.
Weeks 5-10 · Build endurance and confidence: Long runs grow. We dig into nutrition, hydration, and the mental side of distance. You start to feel like a half marathoner.
Weeks 11-14 · Peak and strengthen: Your hardest and most rewarding weeks. The work you put in here is what carries you through mile 10 feeling strong.
Weeks 15-16 · Taper and race day: We ease back intentionally so you arrive at the start line fresh, confident, and ready. Race day strategy is locked in together.
