Running with Harmony

2016 MingoMan Triathlon

Run Coaching for everyday people; with energy, courage and passion

In 2009 I took my first steps as a runner. I was bouncing back from an injury and started to walk to alleviate pain. Walking turned into running, which turned into a strong desire to love myself completely, to take opportunities, to live to the fullest, and running taught me be the the very best version of myself.

Since my first run in 2009, I have completed over sixty road and trail races, ranging in distances from 1 mile up to 50k; I have also completed several sprint triathlons and an Olympic distance event. I have become well respected in my local running communities for my helpful nature, and my overall ability to inspire and motivate others to be more adventurous.

My personal experience as a runner has helped create my coaching style and philosophy. I strive to coach my athletes to train smart and work hard, to have fun, to have a sense of humor, and to enjoy the adventure and journey of training. I want my athletes to feel empowered to be courageous, passionate, to persevere, and to endure with impeccable character and an unbridled spirit.
